Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how G2P Media collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information when you visit g2pmedia.com, contact our team, submit a partner inquiry, or apply for a role. It also explains the choices and rights available to you.
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
BLACKWATERGATE LIMITED operates https://g2pmedia.com under the G2P Media brand. Company Number: 17461913. TIN: 17461913. Date of Incorporation: 16.09.2026. Registered address: 22 Brondesbury Park, London, England, NW6 7DL. For the website inquiries, business communications, and recruiting activities described here, BLACKWATERGATE LIMITED determines why and how personal information is used and acts as the controller where applicable data protection law uses that term. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@g2pmedia.com or to our registered address.
This policy covers visitors, prospective and existing business contacts, and job applicants. It does not govern an advertiser’s website, a CPA network’s services, or the handling of a customer’s application, purchase, registration, or deposit by another business. Those businesses provide their own privacy notices. Where we process campaign information on behalf of a partner, the relevant agreement and applicable law govern that processing in addition to any notice provided to the individuals concerned.
2. Information we collect
Inquiry and business contact informationWhen you submit the partner form, we receive your name, an email address or Telegram contact, and any optional message or offer link you include. Partner-form submissions are sent through the site's own form handler and recorded in a Google Sheet in Google Workspace for our team to review and respond. When you contact us by email or Telegram or continue the conversation, we may also receive your company or network, vertical, partnership model, offer details, and the contents of your correspondence. We keep the communications needed to review and respond to the inquiry.
Application informationIf you apply for a role, we may receive your résumé, portfolio links, work history, qualifications, time zone, availability, compensation expectations, and information you provide during interviews or hiring correspondence. Please redact confidential client information and do not send identity documents or other sensitive information unless we specifically request it for a lawful, necessary purpose.
Technical informationOur website hosting and security services may record your IP address, request date and time, requested page, browser and device characteristics, referral information where transmitted by your browser, and delivery or security events. We use this information to operate and protect the website, troubleshoot failures, and prevent abuse.
Information from other sourcesWe may receive business contact details from a colleague who introduces you, an advertiser or network you represent, or a professional profile you share with us. We may receive references during recruiting when you authorize us to contact them. We use such information only for the relevant business or hiring purpose and do not require you to disclose sensitive personal information in a website inquiry.
3. How we use information
We use business contact and inquiry information to respond to messages, assess offer and partnership fit, discuss commercial terms, arrange tests, manage business relationships, and maintain records of those communications. We use application information to assess qualifications, arrange interviews, communicate hiring decisions, and take steps needed to establish an employment or other working relationship.
We use technical information to deliver the website, secure its forms and infrastructure, identify abuse, diagnose errors, and support reliable operation. We may also use information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure website, answering business inquiries, and conducting proportionate recruiting, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights. We rely on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or performance of a contract, where appropriate. We rely on compliance with a legal obligation when processing is required by law. If a particular activity requires consent, we request it separately and you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.
The partner form links to this policy and explains that we use your details to respond to your inquiry. Submitting an inquiry is not consent to promotional messages. We do not add inquiry contacts or applicants to a marketing mailing list through these forms. We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing of website inquiries or job applications.
6. International processing
Our team and service providers may access or process information in countries other than the country where you are located. Data protection rules differ between countries. We apply the protections described in this policy to information we handle and restrict access to what is necessary for the relevant purpose.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use a legally recognized mechanism, such as an adequacy determination or appropriate contractual safeguards, together with additional measures where required. We do not treat your use of this website or submission of an inquiry as blanket consent to international transfers. Contact hello@g2pmedia.com if you would like information about the safeguards relevant to your information, including how to obtain a copy subject to necessary confidentiality protections.
7. Retention and security
Partner inquiries that do not lead to an active business relationship are retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact, then deleted or anonymized. If an inquiry becomes an active partnership, relevant contact and commercial records are retained for the relationship and afterward only as needed for applicable accounting, tax, contractual, or legal requirements. The period depends on the record type and the applicable obligation.
Unsuccessful application records are retained for up to six months after the hiring decision or last substantive recruiting contact, then deleted or anonymized. If you separately agree to be considered for future roles, we retain the agreed information for up to 12 months from that agreement unless you withdraw it earlier. If you join the team, necessary information becomes part of the applicable personnel or contractor record and is handled according to the relevant legal and contractual requirements.
Routine website access and security logs are retained for up to 90 days unless an identified security incident or legal obligation requires longer retention. Information needed for a dispute, investigation, or legal hold may be retained until that matter is resolved and the applicable retention requirement ends. Backup copies are removed through the normal backup lifecycle and are not used for ordinary business processing after deletion from active systems.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information and risk, including access restrictions, encrypted connections where supported, and proportionate account and infrastructure safeguards. No website, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, customer datasets, payment details, or identity documents through the partner form.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict certain processing, obtain a portable copy of information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights are subject to conditions and exceptions, including where information is needed to comply with a legal obligation or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
To make a request, email hello@g2pmedia.com with the subject “Privacy request” and describe what you would like us to do. Use the email address associated with your inquiry or application where possible. We may ask for limited additional information necessary to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. Please do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary and provide a suitable way to send them.
We respond within the period required by applicable law, generally within one month or 30 days of receiving a verified request. If an extension is permitted and necessary, we explain the reason and the revised deadline. Requests are normally handled without charge; where the law permits a fee or refusal for a manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive request, we explain the applicable reason. We do not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. An authorized agent may contact us on your behalf where permitted, subject to appropriate verification of authority.
You can ask us to stop nonessential contact or update your details at any time. We may still send communications necessary to an active contract or legal obligation. If you believe we have mishandled your information, please contact us so we can review the concern. You may also complain to the data protection authority or other regulator responsible for privacy matters in your jurisdiction, where that right applies.
9. Children and third-party services
This website is intended for adult business contacts and job applicants, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through this website. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact hello@g2pmedia.com so we can investigate and take appropriate steps to delete it.
Links to Telegram, advertiser websites, professional profiles, and other third-party services take you to services operated by others. Their privacy notices and terms govern information they collect. Platform names and logos identify traffic sources and do not indicate official partner status. When you choose to communicate through a third-party service, that service may separately process your account details, messages, and technical information. Review its notice before sharing information.
10. Changes and privacy contacts
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices, services, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we provide that notice or obtain that consent before applying the change. We do not apply a new, incompatible use of previously collected information without the legal basis or notice required by applicable law.
For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, contact BLACKWATERGATE LIMITED at hello@g2pmedia.com and use the subject “Privacy request,” or write to our registered address: 22 Brondesbury Park, London, England, NW6 7DL. Our website is https://g2pmedia.com. Include enough information for us to understand your concern, but avoid unnecessary sensitive information. We review privacy correspondence and respond in accordance with the request-handling process described above.
