Services / Performance media buying

One team. From click to scale.

We fund paid traffic for your offers and own the work that turns a click into an approved action: acquisition, tracking, testing, and creative production. You bring the offer, commercial terms, and quality rules. Gate to Performance is the path we build from the first test to ongoing volume.

01 / Capabilities

Performance media-buying services.

Buyers, analysts, and creative producers work from the same conversion event and quality feedback. Each capability supports the next buying decision.

Paid traffic acquisition

We build campaigns around a specific offer, market, audience, and permitted source. Paid social, search, and in-app buying connect the ad and landing page to the conversion event you value, with spend paced against the agreed test scope and daily caps.

What we manage
Campaign setup, audience and placement tests, source selection, and buying pace by offer and market.
What we need from you
Offer URL, permitted markets and traffic types, conversion event, payout, and available caps.
How we decide
We compare source-level economics and downstream quality before moving more spend into a channel.

Tracking & quality control

We connect our tracker to your partner platform or server-to-server postbacks and confirm how each conversion becomes an approved action. Agreed source and sub-ID parameters make the traffic traceable, while validation feedback keeps buying decisions aligned with your records.

What we manage
Tracking checks, click and conversion reporting, approval-rate reviews, placement checks, and reconciliation with your platform.
What we need from you
Tracking requirements, attribution rules, validation windows, reporting access or agreed reports, and rejection reasons where available.
How we decide
We review conversion rate (CR), approval rate, and payout against spend. Questionable placements are paused while we investigate discrepancies or quality concerns.

Offer testing & scaling

We test the offer, funnel, and payout within a controlled cap before expanding volume. The first test checks whether a market, audience, and creative combination can produce approved actions at workable economics. Strong click-through or raw conversion counts alone do not justify a larger buy.

What we manage
Test scope, funnel comparisons, performance readouts, budget allocation, and pacing by source and market.
What we need from you
Test caps, timely approval feedback, agreed quality thresholds, and confirmation before cap increases or market expansion.
How we decide
Combinations receive more volume when quality and economics hold up. We adjust or pause those that fail validation or exceed the agreed limits.

Creative production

We build localized videos, static ads, and landing pages around the offer and the audience. Buyers test hooks, messages, and funnel variations; approval feedback and acquisition costs guide the next creative round. Successful ads are refreshed as fatigue develops.

What we manage
Creative concepts, localized copy and visuals, video and static variations, landing-page production, and iterative tests.
What we need from you
Accurate offer details, brand requirements, required disclosures, source restrictions, and creative and landing-page approvals.
How we decide
We assess creative by its contribution to approved actions and acquisition economics, then carry useful findings into the next test.

02 / Launch

Set the rules before the first click.

A dedicated manager coordinates the offer review, tracking, and launch. We confirm what can run, what counts, and what can be paid before buying starts.

01

Review the offer

In the first conversation, we review the vertical, geographic markets (GEOs), offer URL, allowed sources, payout, and caps. We assess the economics and agree on the conversion event, test scope, and quality criteria.

02

Confirm the commercial terms

We agree on the payout model, currency, validation period, hold, and settlement schedule. Revenue-share terms also define deductions, attribution, and reporting so both teams can reconcile what is owed.

03

Prepare and verify

We connect tracking, check postbacks and source parameters, and confirm reporting. Creative and landing pages are approved before launch, with source permissions and market eligibility settled.

04

Buy within the test cap

We launch the agreed mix, review quality and approval feedback daily during the test, and share an initial performance readout. The next decision is to adjust, pause, or scale within confirmed limits.

Initial tests usually launch within 3–5 business days after terms, tracking, source permissions, and approvals are ready. New landing pages or additional market reviews can extend that window.

Check market coverage

03 / Ongoing work

Keep the feedback close to the buying.

An active campaign needs more than a launch plan. We keep spend, creative, validation, and commercial reporting connected as the offer changes.

01

Monitor quality and pace

Campaign monitoring runs around the clock. Buyers review source performance, conversion patterns, and approval feedback, pace volume against daily limits, and pause questionable placements for investigation.

02

Refresh the funnel

Creative producers and buyers test new angles, localized variations, and landing-page changes. Rejection reasons and signs of fatigue inform the next round, with required approvals completed before changes go live.

03

Reconcile the numbers

We compare clicks, conversions, approved actions, and payouts with your platform. Your team’s validation feedback helps resolve discrepancies and keeps optimization tied to accepted outcomes.

04

Agree on the next scope

We discuss cap increases, new markets, or additional sources when quality and economics support them. Changes to limits and commercial terms are confirmed with your team before the buying scope expands.

Reporting cadence, validation windows, and settlement timing are agreed before launch. Campaign monitoring runs around the clock; partner inquiry replies usually arrive within one business day, Monday through Friday.

04 / Sources & formats

Choose the source around the offer.

The traffic mix follows audience intent, market coverage, your restrictions, and source eligibility. We test each channel against approved outcomes and its own acquisition economics.

Meta

Paid social

Feed, Stories, and Reels placements support audience and creative tests. We connect localized messages and landing pages to the agreed conversion event and review downstream quality.

Google Ads

Search & video

Search campaigns address active intent; video supports discovery. Keyword relevance, landing-page fit, and offer eligibility shape the setup, with performance assessed through approved outcomes.

TikTok

Short-form video

Native-feeling concepts and localized hooks are tested for eligible offers. Creative iterations follow conversion and approval feedback rather than engagement alone.

Unity

In-app & gaming

In-app placements are assessed for audience fit and downstream conversion quality. We compare source and placement economics before increasing volume.

Mintegral

Mobile programmatic

Mobile inventory is tested within agreed caps, with placement-level quality reviews and pacing against approved actions.

Additional formats

Native ads

Content-led placements align the offer’s message with the publisher’s format. We assess the path from the placement through the landing page to the approved action.

Push notifications

Opt-in notification inventory is tested for audience relevance, allowed markets, and conversion quality before volume grows.

OEM placements

Device-level discovery inventory is selected for market coverage and offer eligibility, then evaluated against source-level economics and approved actions.

Not every source or format is available for every offer or market. We confirm permissions and eligibility before buying. Platform names and logos identify traffic sources and do not indicate official partner status.

05 / Commercial models

Our media spend.
Agreed compensation.

We fund acquisition and earn under the model that fits your conversion event, validation process, and unit economics.

CPA

Cost per action

A fixed payout for each approved action, such as a first deposit or completed purchase.

CPL

Cost per lead

A fixed payout for each lead that meets your agreed qualification and validation rules.

RevShare

Revenue share

An agreed percentage of net revenue from referred customers, with deductions, attribution, and reporting defined upfront.

Hybrid

CPA + revenue share

A fixed acquisition payout plus an agreed share of revenue from referred customers.

The payout, currency, validation period, hold, and settlement schedule are confirmed before the first test. We typically start with weekly settlements after validation; volume and payment history can support other schedules.
